We (2 adults and a child) stayed in a twin room and there was space for our luggages and moving around the room without bumping into each other. The room was very clean and comfortable. The air conditioner worked great. Inside the desk drawer is a charger and flashlight. We were on the 12th floor and could still hear the train somewhat, but were able to sleep after a long day. Reception provides earplugs as well as plenty of other amenities. You can choose which days you want your room cleaned or just new towels by putting the sign on the door. The live washing machine status on the TV was handy. We were able to do our washing in the evening. It costs 500 yen for washing and drying (combined) 3kg. Some of the clothes were still slightly damp, so we placed them around the room and they were dry by morning. Or you can dry for extra 30 min for 100 yen. Staff could speak some English, and always greeted us. We had no issues with communication. I sent some messages over booking.com chat and received prompt responses. Staff at the Japanese restaurant were also kind. Breakfast system was great. You can choose to have a Japanese set menu breakfast (changes daily, but always grilled fish and chicken) in the main building or western breakfast (we never tried this, as it was pizza and pasta) in the annex. You can also use it as 800 yen voucher for Family Mart downstairs - great for early morning starts when you don't have time for breakfast. The location at Shimbashi is extremely convenient. There are direct lines to Yokohama/Kamakura, Asakusa, Shibuya, Odaiba, Narita and Haneda airports and of course the Yamanote line. We only had to change trains once, to get to Disneyland. Getting to Shinjuku is not as fast and convenient, and many day tours start from there, but we stayed at another location on those days. Ginza is literally around the corner. You can also walk towards Tokyo station. Shimbashi has a ton of restaurants. Ginza also has many high end options.

The location is the best thing about this Sotetsu. So close to the Shimbashi station entrances, walking distance to the amazing below-train-track restaurants leading to Yurakucho station, very close to Ginza Chuo Dori and surrounded by the amazing stores/restaurants of Shimbashi itself. Can't get better than this! Strongly recommend selecting the 150ft room instead of the 172 or 139ft rooms as they feel more cramped. The 150ft room has a closet below the table for storage, which is a great bonus. The pillows are a bit hard, but the bed is perfectly comfortable. The blanket is pluffy and so comfy too. As usual the hard-working staff provid really high standard service in the servicing/cleaning and at reception.

This hotel is conveniently located at a 4min walk from the JR Shimbashi station which made it really easy and cheap for my sister and I to commute to other JR lines for day trips (perfect for tourists). I was surprised with how spacious our hotel room was given it is in the centre of Tokyo. The front desk staff were extremely helpful and check-in and out processes were simple and quick. They even allowed us to storage our luggage at the front desk for free before we checked in and after we checked out of the hotel (our flight was at night time and we wanted to do extra shopping). Room cleaning was excellent!

Close to the station, friendly and helpful staff. Took their time to help me figure out how to use the luggage service to the Airport. It has a Kombini below the hotel, very convenient! The bed was very comfortable! They have complimentary items to get for the x amount of days you're staying, a laundry room, microwave and other services available.

Great place to stay in Ginza district, close to the subway station. Reception stuff were really helpful to complete the check-in process very fast. We also could leave our luggage after the check-out free of charge, which was very useful in the end of our stay in Japan. The rooms are clean and have everything needed for a short stay in Tyokyo.
